Vin issu d’un assemblage de Cinsault –Grenache–Syrah–Mourvèdre et Roussanne sur un terroir sablo-argileux. Vendange effectuée le matin très tôt pour préserver la fraicheur du raisin. Cuve refroidie à 10 º pendant 3 jours. Une couleur rosée, un nez flatteur d’agrumes mêlés de fruits rouges. La bouche manifeste un bel équilibre, une fraicheur acidulée, une finale au fruit persistant. A déguster avec des poissons grillés, crustacés, salades de riz, en guise d’apéritif..
